Who we are
This website is operated by Tryphine Kyokuhairwa, trading as Release Logic™, currently operating as a sole trader. For any privacy-related queries, contact: in**@******************ng.com.
What personal data we collect and why
Contact form submissions
When you submit an enquiry through our “Book My Diagnostic Call” form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- A description of your supply chain problem
- Preferred call time
This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to schedule and prepare for a diagnostic call. We do not use this information for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.
Submitted enquiries are stored in our website’s contact form system and forwarded to our business email inbox. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, except as required to operate the website (see “Third-party services” below).
Anti-spam and security checks
To prevent spam submissions, our contact form uses:
- A honeypot field (invisible to human visitors, used only to detect automated bots) — no personal data is processed by this feature.
- CleanTalk, a third-party anti-spam service, which checks submission data (including IP address and email) against known spam patterns to prevent abuse. See CleanTalk’s own privacy policy for details on their processing: https://cleantalk.org/privacy-policy
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand general website traffic patterns — for example, which country visitors are browsing from and which pages they view. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other identifying information through analytics; only aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns are visible to us. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes visitor IP addresses to generate this data. These cookies only load after you provide consent via our cookie banner (see “Cookies” below).
Google’s own privacy policy governs how this data is processed: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Blog comments
When visitors leave comments on our blog posts, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be shared with the Gravatar service to check whether you have a Gravatar account. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. If your comment is approved, your profile picture (if any) is visible publicly alongside your comment.
Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely, so that legitimate follow-up comments can be recognised automatically rather than held for moderation each time.
Newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to receive our weekly Insight Briefs by email, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you this content. Subscriptions are managed through Jetpack Newsletter, a feature provided by Automattic (the company behind WordPress.com). Subscriber email addresses and delivery are handled on WordPress.com’s servers, not stored separately by us. Automattic’s privacy policy governs this processing: https://automattic.com/privacy/
When you subscribe, you’ll receive a confirmation email before your subscription is active (double opt-in), which also serves as a clear record of your consent.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send, or by contacting in**@******************ng.com. We do not use your subscription email address for any purpose beyond sending the Insight Brief content you signed up for.
Cookies
This website uses a cookie consent banner (provided by CookieYes) that lets you choose which types of cookies to allow. Non-essential cookies — including Google Analytics — only load after you give consent. You can change your preferences at any time using the cookie settings link available on the site, or by clearing your browser’s cookies for this site to see the banner again.
Our cookies fall into these categories: Necessary (required for the site to function, such as security and spam-prevention cookies), Functional, and Analytics (Google Analytics, loaded only with consent). We do not currently use cookies for logins, shopping carts, or advertising, as none of these features are active on the site.
How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions: retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence, or until you request deletion.
- Analytics data: retained for 14 months, in line with Google Analytics’ default retention setting.
- Cookie consent records: retained by CookieYes to maintain a log of consent choices, as required to demonstrate GDPR compliance.
Your rights
Regardless of where you are located, we extend the following rights to anyone whose personal data we hold:
- The right to request access to the personal data we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to object to or restrict certain processing
- The right to request a copy of your data in a portable format
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (for example, newsletter subscription)
These rights reflect our general approach to data privacy and are offered to all visitors and users of this website, not only where required by specific local law. Depending on where you are located, you may also have additional or more specific rights under applicable regional laws — for example, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU/EEA and UK, or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) in the United States. Where regional law provides broader protections than stated here, that law takes precedence.
To exercise any of these rights, contact in**@******************ng.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and no later than one month for requests covered under GDPR.
